CS:GO Season One Rules & Format

City League season one rules and format. Read all about it here:

General

  • City League is exclusively for physical esports venues only
  • Teams will play every match from inside the esports club
  • Clubs represent their city
  • Clubs are responsible for working equipment
  • Game: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
  • Region: Europe

League format

  • Match consist of one Bo2 ( best of 2 )
  • Expected time per match is 2 hours
  • Play one match every week
  • A pause of 10 min every each game
  • Group stage first three weeks
  • Playoff stage last two weeks
  • Playoff matches will be Bo3 ( best of 3 )
  • Match schedule can be found here: TBA

Livestream

  • Livestream on Twitch
  • Livestream on YouTube
  • Every match will be live-streamed
  • Match predictions will be done through Discord
  • Livestream delay of 1 minute

Prize pool & Donation rewards

  • Total prize pool: TBD
  • Prize pool distributions: TBD
  • Prize pool can grow with donations
  • 100% of the donations will go into the prize pool
  • Donation rewards:
    • € 5 – Shoutout in livestream and chat
    • € 15 – Your name will be listed on the website page prize pool
    • € 31.99 – Special role in Discord
    • € 100 – Your name will be listed in a news article regarding the City League prize pool
