As you all know now, we announced that the first season of City League will be based on CS:GO. This intense shooter is perfectly designed to create tension, and it will ask a certain focus of all players involved. While local heroes try their best to defeat the enemy, local supporters are cheering them forward to an epic win. Does this sound like something you want in your venue?
Sign up your venue today!
If you are a venue holder, or you are someone who knows an epic place nearby, this is your chance to get involved in a brand-new CS:GO competition. Every week, your team will battle against opponents from all over Europe. Your venue will be the home soil for both CS:GO teams and their fanbase. Your local bar or club will turn into an esports temple.
Well, of course that might be a little too much. But it’s all what you put in yourself!

Since there are only 8 spots to be filled this season, do not wait too long before making the decision to sign up! We chose this format to keep the league exclusive for the first season, and to establish a guideline for the upcoming seasons!
Some important things to take into account:
- The deadline for venues to sign up is the 1st of July
- Only 8 spots to be filled
While every venue is allowed to sign up, it’s important to think about what you can offer City League. Is there a stable internet connection? Are there enough PCs? Is there enough room for the spectators to view the match? Just some things to take into account!
We also have spots open for individual contributors. Writers, shoutcasters, admins and much more. Although this might seem a little bit shaky to do at first, it might give you a great opportunity to get involved with esports! For example, Beneluxzone.eu is now a partner of City League for all the news regarding Belgium and The Netherlands!
